ACM WARRANTY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ACM PRODUCT WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS ON USE
ACM products are covered by the warranty under the following conditions:
DURATION
The duration of the warranty begins on the date of production and is valid for:
• 7 years for tubular motors and units and all mechanical accessories;
• 5 years for electronic control systems, electronic components and mechanisms;
APPLICATION OF THE WARRANTY

WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS
The warranty is not applicable if:
- The returned product has been dismantled or opened or shows evident signs of damage caused by a collision or other tampering;
- ACM’s assembly and electrical wiring instructions were not followed meticulously;
- The product has been used for purposes other than that for which it was designed (unless expressly
authorised by ACM);
- The product has been used with electrical accessories that have not been approved by the ACM technical office;
- The mechanisms and electrical accessories have been used for purposes other than those for which they were designed.
LIMITATIONS ON USE

ACM products must be installed in compliance with current standards specific to their application and current electrical standards (CEI standards). |
